60’s Navy Blue Pixie Hat by Jacques Chapeaux raffia shoulder bag but otherwise perfect1960's banded pixie style hat. Body consists of navy blue voile all in tucks narrowing until it hits a peak. Edge is a solid band of fabric with a small front bow. Interior is finished with a flexible netting along with the standard petersham ribbon. Label is Jacques Chapeaux.
