Set on a flat black satin band which is also the fabric used in the flat crown. Right side front holds a small satin bow. Interior is finished with a black twill and the standard petersham ribbon. There are inside placement combs for security. Excellent condition, showing no age or wear. Label is Mister T with a size tag of 22. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches.
