The overlay top has button down the front and Ruffles and bows on the cuffs. The back has a 16 in slit down the back with button and l o o p at the waist . Very good condition. Pit to pit 19 inches and very stretchable. Length from back neckline 22in. l e n g t h from back neckline is 22 in
