Top is new with tags (deadstock) and all the tags are still attached! The fabric is polyester, but it looks like liquid gold with shimmery confetti gold metallic dots on a black background. Blouson shaped top has a shallow round neck and one button keyhole closure in back. Set in sleeves are long and puffed at the wrist with button cuffs. Has slightly extended shoulders and thin shoulder pads
