The bodice, made with a special semi stretchy fabric, features a very flattering cut in the front, with a nude insert. The spaghetti straps are clear. The 10 layers, hand tacked tutu skirt is made with the highest quality white net, and features scalloped edges. Hoop inserted, ruffled panties, hooks and eyes closure. Custom made.
