OR76J26003XS Class J26 BR Black (Late) 0-6-0 Steam Locomotive No.65736 - DCC Sound Weathering The item measures 35The LNER J26 was built by the London North Eastern Railway company between 1904 and 1905. They were based on the earlier P2 class but featured a slightly improved boiler pressure and tractive effort. 50 of these locomotives were built in total, 30 were built at the Darlington works and 20 at the Gateshead works. They all lasted into BR ownership but were all scrapped with none of them surviving into preservation. This locomotive is fitted with a DCC
