Classic black velvet dress inspired by the 1930s silhouettes. 1980s does 1930s black flapper gown. Slight drape cowl neckline with sideways V panel cut, diamond design bodice. Longer black velvet panel in back, dress has a figure hugging flattering fit because the velvet does have some stretch to it. Incredible full trumpet style satin maxi circle skirt!
