Beautiful 40's 50's fit and flare style, perfect for a cocktail party or twirling around on a dance floor. Features a lovely striped pattern, pleated sweetheart neckline, shoulder pads and cuffed sleeves. Still has original belt loops however, no belt is included. No tag to indicate maker or fabric. Fabric feels like a nylon or polyester, but I am not 100% sure. It has a very nice sheen to it,
