The hem is a ruffled layer of the same dress fabric. Puff sleeves with a structured cuff. Crew neck line with eyelet bib. Back center zipper. Marked size 14. Bust measures 41 inches with some room up to 46", length 60 inches. One discoloration spot and a few faded spots throughout, has bene washed in scent free detergent and is ready to wear.
