my hips measure at 37 inches and i wouldn’t say it would stretch more than an inch or two past that …

i got this in new with tags condition and only wore it a couple times

AS-IS long black strapless slip dress skirt length from top to bottomok so the as is is in the last pic, big red acrylic paint stain :( it also once had straps but they are now long gone. there are still little loops if u wanted to add ur own straps, any removable straps will do!! theres a nice slit up the back and the top is elastic. no tag. fabric is a lil stretchy. waist 26 inches. length 48 inches. pit to pit 24 30 inches. hips 40 inches. slit is 18 inches long.
