The sleeveless romper is created from our Neon Melt print, with a short black mystique collar and back zipper. It features a black mesh inset keyhole neckline, and siren cut leg. The skirt is our 10" double ruffle mini, with a laceup front. The waistband and longer ruffle are black mystique, with a shorter ruffle tiered over it in Neon Melt. The tie is also non melt. Wear them
