The fabric is possibly nylon, with a little bit of stretch and a nice sheen to it. Psychedelic flower power print is hot pink, orange, turquoise and green on a black background, which makes the colors really pop! There is a gorgeous border print at the skirt and sleeve hem. Dress has a high, mock turtleneck that fastens in back with hook and eyes and nylon zipper. Bodice gathers under
