Fluttery sleeves are accented by a structured waistband, deep v neck and bold flower print. Back center zipper. One sleeve has a small spot where the hem is coming loose, I reduced price by $5 for this small flaw. Bust measures 36", waist 28", length 57". Excellent condition.
