The dress has a V neckline, a V back, and elastic waistband. Pull on style. Ties at the shoulders (adjustable). The perfect thing to throw on after a day on the beach to go grab a cocktail. Made from a light weight cotton blend fabric very comfortable. This was made by Royal Creations in Hawaii. Measurements are bust 38", waist 20 34", length 40".
