Sequin Crown Capeline Brim Statement Hat vntg 60s hat Length - 30"Dramatic black and white statement hat. Black felt brim is capeline style with a deep rounded crown covered in black sequins. The right side holds a giant white net bow held in place by a black sequin star. Interior is finished only with the standard ribbon. Excellent condition, showing little to no wear or age. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Brim extends 5 inches on the right side, 4 1 4 inches on the left side. Front is 3 1 2 inches and back is 2
