The top has short batwing sleeves and white collar and cuffs. It's accented by a double breasted row of decorative white buttons and a band style bow below the collar. It closes with metal zippers at the back neck and side. The bust is 34" and the length is 20". The pleated skirt is calf length and closes with a side metal zipper and button.
