If you haven't got a flexible tape measure you can always measure with a piece of string around your waist and then measure the piece of string

Its not quite a full circle skirt but it still has the twirl factor (this has been fully tested by my 9 year old)

These make an excellent cover up as the vest has nice wide shoulders which keeps little shoulders protected from the sun and the hood keeps the sun off their necks
