60’s 60's Black and White Plaid Coat or Coat Dress By Sybil Connolly high rise suede - floral embroidered detail atThis black and white glen plaid coat dress from Irish designer Sybil Connolly is a rare collectible find! The design has the look of the 1960s, but we believe it could be from a later date. The condition and quality of the heavy weight wool fabric are like new. Wear it as a coat dress with the accompanying belt or without the belt as a coat (we have shown it in the photos both ways). It has soft shoulder pads and decorative pocket flaps but the
