In black silk, it features deep pleats throughout, and intricate embroidery along the square neckline. The bell sleeves fall really beautifully thanks to the wide cut and the pleating. Measurements: Shoulders: 15. 5" Chest: 31" (can expand much larger due to pleating) Sleeves: 22" Length: 22. 5" Great vintage condition.
