Single handle strap. Inside lining is also black with one metal zipper pocket, one open compartment with gold trim, and one tiny open slot below it. Label: And Wonderful accessory for a cocktail party or any other formal event (wedding or prom). Excellent vintage conditions inside and out. One rhinestone missing from clasp.
