Circa 1940s. This is a beautifully made and very feminine blouse. Light to medium weight black rayon with a woven in abstract pattern as pictured. I have lightened several photos to show details. The color is a rich deep black. Princess seamed front with vertical darts at the front and back waist seam. Double layered self fabric scalloped peplum. Wrist length peaked sleeves are lightly
