60’s White Nurse Cap by Kay's Caps elizabethan earrings Fun insert with flower patchVintage nurse cap from the 1960's. Stiff white with the tiny back button. 3 1 2 inches high with a circumference of 19 inches. It was found in the original clear plastic carrying case. As for the condition, it is not the original bright white but no spotting or holes. The clear case is very soiled. I did clean it but it retained some spotting. The zipper does work. Label is Kay's Caps, Inc. Green Island N. Y. 12183. Hat is stamped 2247. Kay's Caps,
