Semi attached self fabric belt with small bow in back. Made of rayon twill, sleeveless, back metal zipper, fully lined. Fantastic garden party dress. Very versatile. Pair it with red high heels for some oomph or with flats for a more casual look. No labels Excellent vintage condition. Vintage size 9 but vintage runs much smaller so please see the measurements below for proper fit.
