This VINTAGE Phool broomstick skirt is a cool throwback to the 90's throwing back to the 60's

two small hole/runs on lower back right side (pictured)

🌈 studs are Octagon shape and measure almost 1/2"

One of the center flower flecks is darker than the others but only on the one flower

I normally wear a small/medium and this was comfortably large on me
