60's Navy Blue Bubble Crown Pillbox Hat by Kurt Jr arnhem Mannequin is 32-24-32”Bubble crown pillbox hat crafted in a dark navy blue synthetic straw. Color is so dark it appears almost black. Smooth high rise crown with a large back self bow. Interior is finished with a red grosgrain ribbon. Inner circumference is 21 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 17 inches. Excellent condition showing no wear or age. Label is Kurt Jr. by Tom Hann. Also a dept store label of Samuel Spigel, Roanoke Va, which was a high end
