With a peter pan style collar and cuffed sleeves with button details. The sleeves are pleated at the shoulder and are slightly puffed. It closes in the front with blue fabric button covered buttons. Comes with an adjustable matching waist belt. Marked a size 8 but fits a modern size 4 15" shoulder 14" sleeve Up to 38" bust
