Buckle measures 1. 5 x 3 and 1 4 inches. Black stripes in center run vertical, horizontal in bow. with curved metal to accentuate bow. Hook for attaching to fabric is included but one missing you will have to create one, but only a loop of metal so can be created easily. Minor surface wear seen in photos, but not noticeable except at very close inspection.
