20’s Black Silk Deco Tabard mexican cotton dress Vintage 90's dressAbsolutely exquisite 1920s jet black silk tabard with ribbon side ties, carved buttons with paisleys. Awesome movement from panels with deco motif. Has a few faint, light colored spots but otherwise excellent condition for its age! Such an iconic piece. Fits a range of sizes since its open and adjustable on each side, but width of tabard is 17 and total length is 43. 5
